Common purchase queries answered

Orders and Shipping

We print your graphics same day of order assuming you order before 2pm. We have to let your graphics rest for 24 hours before we laminate them and cut them. Then onto Packaging and dispatch Meaning your graphics should arrive to you within 5 working days. 

No Need to creat an account with us. Just order in the conventional way and once we ship your orde ryou will recieve a tracking number and courier details for you to track on the couriers system.

The answer to this is quickly hopefully. Once we send it we cannot change your address. Prior to sending you can email us at [email protected] or you can call us on 01952 309500

Once we ship your parcel we will send you full tracking details. Please dont track it untill after 10pm the day of dispatch thou as it need to reach the local hub and starts its journey through the conveyor systems before the tracking number becomes live. 

We do not hold any credit or debit card information all card payments are processed via paypal on PayPal servers. 

Unfortunately yes. All payments include 20% vat

Yes we ship worldwide

Yes they definitely will. All graphics are sent with a reputable courier and in one carded parcel

Returns and Exchanges

We dont take returns on personalised graphics. But if we have made a mistake please let us know and we will rectify it at our cost.

We never want this to happen and if it has we apologise. We are human and sometimes we make mistakes. We will rectify it at our cost as fast as humanly possible. Please let us know straight away so we can start the healing process.

Couriers ! We cant live without them thou im afraid. We do all we can possibly do to make sure your item is safe in transit but sometimes its just not enough. However we will take the responsibility although its not our fault. Let us know what they have done and we will rectify it at our cost. 

No Need to return anything to us. We wont accept returns of personalised graphics and if we have made a mistake we will ask you to bin them and we will rectify our mistake.

You can if we havnt printed it. If we have printed it we will charge a 50% deduction of your refund for wasted time and material. If we haven’t printed it then its no problem
