All UK orders are dispatched via next day delivery with Royal Main or DPD. All international orders are dispatched via a Royal mail delivery service. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder.

Wicked Mx Graphics is not liable for lost or stolen packages

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is dispatched and this will provide you with a date and time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery or request a change in delivery date through your tracking number.

Once your parcel is dispatched the courier and the customer assume all liability. If you can not find your delivery you must contact the courier.

Returns

All orders for graphics are non returnable and non refundable, due to the orders being custom. If there is an error with your graphics please let us know and we will be happy to resolve this for you. Always check you have entered the correct information while placing your order.

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. We can not issue refunds due to a change in personal circumstances
